Mixtape – Stuff on my iTunes today
published on 13th May, 2010

Chris who? Chris Wu – that’s who. You know Chris, he runs Popfrenzy and has been putting on events catering to Australia’s cool/geek/indie elite for the last ten years. He also likes to send multiple one line emails in short succession and this week has been kind enough to make us a mixtape.

What’s been the single greatest Popfrenzy moment?
When I was working the door at the Taxi Club and Terry Hill came in (and paid!).

What makes a good mixtape?
Neat handwriting.

What’s your favourite track on the mix?
Today it’d be The Pastels’ ‘Worlds of Possibility’. Tomorrow I’m sure it’d be something else.

Which band would you give your left testicle to see live?
Probably these guys.

What have you got coming up that people should pay attention to?
My tips for the World Cup.

What’s a normal evening for Chris Wu?
I get home. Switch on the TV. Sit and watch as many hours of sports as I can and then fall asleep (usually in front of the TV). Oh and I eat dinner and shower (not at the same time) at some point during the night as well.
