Supergroups come in many forms. Shit, and not so shit. Crap like that down right awful Dave Grohl rawk concoction and then on the not so crap side you’ve got vital local luminaries like the Avant Gardeners (psst, they play The Exeter on Friday). Well, they’re kind of a supergroup minus the worldwide fame. Saturday night at FORMAT is locals night and The Crying Game are playing, a bunch of people from a bunch of bands playing together, along with Friends. Great. Don’t forget the white t-shirt party too, no, not that kind of white t-shirt party. Geez. Rude!
