Some might say Emporium is little ‘O-T-T’ but they make no apologies for their love for glam. Emporium is showy from foyer to basin, but what’s wrong with a little extravagance? With stunning features at every turn, Emporium might be brand new but there is still a bit of history within its walls: the stained glass wall in the cocktail lounge was once a Parisian shopfront crafted more than 100 years ago. Situated in its own village-style quarter next door to a French patisserie and neighbour to some of the cities best shopping and dining – the line-up includes Maryon’s shoes, Coaldrake’s book store, Toni & Guy hairdressers, Wagamama Japanese and the best new-york style cupcakes from Poppy Cakes.
The hotel speaks for itself offering it’s guests a choice of 102 custom-designed suites, all fitted with a personal spa bath. But why stop there – take it to the roof top terrace and splash about in the outdoor heated lap pool, then steam in the sauna or indulge in some vitamin D on the sun lounges.
