Brisbane meet rabbit+cocoon, rabbit+cocoon meet Brisbane. Technically you two are separated by a long stretch of road trip, but you do have a lot in common: like your shared interest in the arts, music, fashion, food etc. and you’re ability to conflate them into neat and tidy packages, like the Courier Mail pull-out sections (or indeed this website).

Rabbit+cocoon has a similar philosophy: it’s a 14 warehouse multi-arts hub (if in doubt, remember the Hub Man analogy). So whether you’re after a coffee and a snack (rabbit+cocoon’s Shed cafe is the GC’s exclusive dealer of jaffles), a place to develop your film, parade your fashion, do your arting, launch a film or play some music, this could be your new home away from home.

Join the team this Thursday night for their soft launch (i.e. grand opening) of similarly ambitious proportions – pop-up projects include a Flat White Spaces group exhibition, live painting by Claudio Kirac, a book launch, catwalk show and open studio. A self-sufficient creative community that Bertrand Goldberg would be proud of, you might never want (or need) to leave. Brisbane, welcome to Miami.
