Love & Clutter

The Maker has a sibling on Murray Street. On first glance you might not think they are related at all. The Maker is a calm and refined place where you might hear 'eggplant' used as an adjective, whereas Love & Clutter is true to its name - a bean of a shop crammed to exploding point with colour and prints and truly loveable stuff.

The DNA common to both shops is a focus on hand-crafted and local artisanal products. Stepping inside you'll find no space left uncluttered (or unloved). There are printed cushions everywhere! There are vintage Sicilian ceramics you will want to put your olives in. There are more stud earrings than you can point the pointy end at - geometric ones by A Merry Mishap, others handmade locally by Tasmanian designer Curmilla. There are so many tote bags by owner Leonie Struthers you will just not know which tote to choose.

Love & Clutter also stocks a small selection of printed matter, including a magazine that I wish existed when I was knee-high - Anorak (the happy mag for kids).
