Keegan told me a few days ago he was going to help put Ecuadorian/Californian skate artist BB hold a show in Melbourne. ‘His stuff is really good’ he told me, ‘he just had a show at China Heights in Sydney, he’s done boards for Baker, and art for Circa and Altamont clothing’. ‘Sounds rad, when do you want to do the show?’ I asked, thinking it might be in a month or so. ‘Next week some time’, was his reply. Well, he’s done it. Or he’s nearly done it. Keegan and BB are flying down from Sydney with the art as I type this, to hang the show and open it on Thursday night, before BB flies back to San Diego on Saturday. Ah, rock ‘n’ roll. – MO
