Condiment issue 3 is about eating outdoors. Or at least it will be. Hurry up and launch you guys! Only so many times I can re-read issues 1 and 2. As a run up to the launch of issue 3, Chris and Jess are hosting Tenderfoot – a photography exhibition that brings together five artists whose work captures the “spirit of eating in the outdoors”: Kasane Nogawa (Japan), Ye Rin Mok (South Korea), Nich Hance McElroy http://nhmcelroy.com/home.html (North America), Peter Sutherland (North America) and Jessica Brent (Australia). For the opening, Chris and Jess have been busy collecting natural materials for shelving, making their own brackets and importing trail mix. They’re also madly steaming out the creases in the ffiXXed rug they ordered. A rug that has inbuilt trail mix bowl holders, of course.
