I’ve always thought Dancing Heals songwriters Dan Trakell and Jon-Lee Farrell have a great Noel/Liam Gallagher creative dynamic going (except they’re not arseholes and they both seem to like each other) – and with double single ‘Live and Learn’/’Hilary May’ we get to hear a track from each of them. It’s always more crowd-pleasing pop than ultra-cool edgy with these guys so if you prefer Tom Petty and the Heartbeakers or the Foo Fighters to HTRK then I suggest going to check it out.
