Triple R regular, Live Wire co-host and guitarist for Your Wedding Night and The Bites Genny B has been battling cancer for the past year, and having to work overtime to cover her rent as well as her medical costs. This fucken sucks, so an epic line-up of Melbourne musicians are putting on a show to raise money. AIH DJs (Architecture In Helsinki), Alan Brough (Spicks and Specks), Chapter Music DJs, Dan Kelly’s Dream Band, Dan Luscombe, Davey Lane, Glenn Richards, Jess McGuire (RRR Breakfasters), Teeth & Tongue (solo) and Trifekta Records DJs – and prizes from Chapter Music, Modular Records, Mucho Bravado, Popboomerang and Trifekta. Twenty-five dollars from enough people to fill the Corner will pay for Gen’s treatments this year and into the next.
