I am a sucker for an ‘all man’ man of the bearded persuasion. Current floozy a case in point. Beards are great, learned, manly, and something to hold onto. They seem to be gracing many a cheek and chin these days, a fact noted by photographer Richard Wynn at last year’s Meredith. He documented a whole load of dudes with beards, and now he’s showing photos of them in an exhibition to raise money for OrphFund – a volunteer based organisation helping abandoned, orphaned and vulnerable children around the world that Richard will work with when he travels to Sierra Leone in April. – REJ
