Riverboats Music Festival

Echuca is wonderful. So are riverboats. In fact, I imagine that’s where Mr Jason Crombie http://wooooomag.com/ is happiest – back in his hometown smokin’, laughin’, chuggin’ down the river in his little riverboat. To celebrate the riverboat and the sensational town that is Echuca, here we have the Riverboats Music Festival. I think the program speaks for itself: local food and wine, historic paddlesteamers, wineries, restaurants, Colin Hay (formerly of Men at Work), Mark Seymour (formerly of Hunters and Collectors) and more. News! The Angel Voices Band have just announced they will also join the line up. These angels are made up of 22 young Congolese musicians and singers from Shepparton. If I were you I would book in early at the Echuca caravan park. Aside from it being a spot where I for one had my first kiss, it offers a great view of the river. Don’t want to miss seeing that J Cromb chuggin’ along.
