West-side summers wouldn’t be anywhere near as decent without Perth Festival’s Music Box. This week, the Box is back! Except now it’s a Garden! And it’s even better than the Box. Note to self: replace all mentions of ‘Box’ with ‘Gardens’ in future boozy late night text messaging: ‘Where R U? We’re at the Gardens already. Front to the left a bit at Cass McCombs, we bought you a drink. Hurry!’. Festival Gardens is in the WA Museum Grounds and has all the trimmings: booze, coffee, market-style food stalls.
