Although credited as ‘the little pancake’ by a bizarrely intoxicated Zach Condon from Beirut (when supporting the band in Sydney earlier in the year), Pikelet goes above and beyond what a small runny pile of eggy goo in your frying pan could amount to. Growing up in Melbs suburbia, Evelyn Morris probs made stacks of pikelets for brekkie, but now she just makes rad sounds with accordians, guitars and pedals, and trots around supporting types like Sufjan, Jens, and Camera Obscura.
