They say that all good things come to those who wait. We’ve always felt that good things come to those who create them. Besides, what could we write about if there weren’t interesting things to do in our city?

For many many moons, the team here at Right Angle have been working with Pure Blonde to create something different in the Sydney hospitality landscape. The concept is loosely based upon the ‘working bee’ – a community effort to improve something that needs a bit of help. In this instance we’ve been putting our efforts into the cutest, but nonetheless severely run-down cottage in Sydney. She’s 178 years old so you can imagine the ruin.**Over nine months we’ve worked with an exceptional array of people to wall it, create furniture for it and devise an amazing menu of fresh local produce for it. We’ve scored an old record player for it, we’ll be staffing it, we’ve had a hand in designing the uniforms for it and God knows that after all of this we’ll certainly be spending a lot of time at it.

Our humble hope is that this simple food and beverage offering will provide something unique and needed in this hectic city – we hope you join us under the Jacaranda tree.
