Bill Callahan

You’ve got to admit that we’re being spoiled for choice at this year’s Sydney Festival, announcements just keep getting better, and Bill Callahan is no exception. Having just released his first album under his own name it’s clear that his style has changed just a little. What you can expect are his traditional shrieking violins and tinny acoustic guitars, only now its all a bit more lyrical. Smog or not, Callahan is a god. – HM
