Cafe Lounge Art Auction

Café Lounge is the Little Venue That Could. The quirky haven tucked around the corner from Oxford Street led the charge promoting small bar legislation for Sydney and now has its sights set on legalising gay marriage. They probably had a hand in getting Obama elected too. The auction features work from local creative types Sam Ash, Mark Drew, Soraya Zaman and plenty more. All proceeds contribute to the campaign, culminating in a Café Lounge float at next year’s Mardi Gras. – JB
