Decoder Ring

Description:
Are you sitting down? Sit down, or don’t blame us if you wet your pants. It’s been a long time between drinks but Decoder Ring are back and touring their lush new double album, They Blind The Stars, and The Wild Team, which is an epic race through the emotional spectrum of layered soundscapes. Since wowing the world with their inspired soundtrack to the 2004 film Somersault, Decoder Ring has worked with American producer-god Scott Colburn, who weaved his magic on Animal Collective and Arcade Fire. This gem has been bubbling along for four years now, which means 104 days per track – and it shows. Inhale. Bridezilla will be there too. Exhale. I really hope you’re sitting down. Seekae are also supporting. – JB
