King’s Vault will showcase wines from Victoria’s King Valley region and surrounds, with an emphasis on Italian varietals. Go and drink nebbiolo and barbera, verduzzo and arneis, from the accomplished vignerons at Pizzini, Dal Zotto, and Brown Brothers, amongst others. While you’re at it, sample the Italian menu on offer, including regional produce from the likes of cheese honchos Milawa. But you’re going to have to hustle to get there. King’s Vault is laying down the gauntlet for briefest pop-up bar yet: five short days. Mount up. – AV
