As a young nerdlinger, I prided myself on my spelling ability. One of my proudest school moments was when my friend and I were both stuck perpetually misspelling a word, and were sent off to write and re-write our problem words. Hers was ‘little’, while mine was ‘metamorphosis’. So I am quietly cocky about the Late Night Library Inaugural Spelling Bee. Come along and pit your wits against hosts Charlie Garber (Neighbourhood Watch, Pig Island), Zoe Coombs Marr (2011 Phillip Parsons Winner, Imperial Panda Festival), and Mark Sutton (Project 52). Hint: if you don’t spot the spelling mistake on their FB event page, maybe you’re just not ready for this.
