Night Noodle Markets

The north end of Hyde Park has been looking pretty exciting of late. There’s no doubt you’ve noticed those huge photos of people giving birth and commuters waiting for the bus that are wired from the trees. You’ve also probably noticed some white tents and lots of people eating noodles. This is because the Night Noodle Markets have started. The markets feature stalls from some favourite restaurants as well as some we’re yet to discover. Our pick? The siu mai pork dumplings from East Ocean and the steamed chocolate and coconut pudding from Banana Blossom. – HM
