If you’ve ever been to Japan (hell, if you’ve ever seen LOST IN TRANSLATION), then you’ve probably fallen into sensory overload; consumed by cartoon safety dogs, neon lights and vending machines. From this, the tug of inspiration is never far removed. Six artists, including Beci Orpin, Alex Kopps, Stefan Marx, Andrew Pommier, Luca Ionescu and Jonathan Zawada, have harnessed the above to create a series of original glass works for Asahi. Do itashi mashite (you’re welcome). – VH
