Spectrum 4th Birthday

Here at the Thousands we love a good birthday. Particularly when the host is well connected and you know the party’s going to be off the hook. Being a venue of choice for some of the best live acts around, Spectrum has pretty much got its pick when it comes to inviting friends to play. See the venue bring in its fourth year with a mix of psychadelic alt-country, electro, indie, rock and pop from a range of local bands including Cuthbert and the Night Walkers, Cloud Control, Bird Automatic, and Art vs Science. Plus DJ sets from The E.L.F., The Seabellies, The Paper Scissors, Pash and Fools Gold. They’re also offering a free CD to the first 200 punters through the door…according to our calculations that means you’ll need to arrive before all the performers to nab one. – JG
