We kind of liked it when FBi needed saving. They were putting on some good shows, for very little money and providing a platform for emerging bands. It was just, well, nice. Lucky for us, FBi have a massive show planned THIS THURSDAY (tonight!). For $10 you can see Ripping Dylans, The Maladies, The Magnetic Heads, Megastick Fanfare and Line Drawings. For free you can listen to FBi DJs playing YOUR demos, all night. Yeah, they’re asking you to bring your demo, and they’ll play it, take it, maybe play it on air and then consider you for the next Sydney Spawn lineup. Brilliant. – HM
