Murray and Fletcher have curated a collection of furniture and interpretations of it in a process that goes back and forth between designing and depicting, making and interpreting. Fletcher’s drawn representations of chairs are in dialogue with Murray’s pieces of furniture, a sort of mutual influence that that at once confuses and elucidates the coming into being of these instances of a fairly basic object.
