A couple of months back we professed our love for the bohemian stylings of Yeasayer. Envision a blend of psych-rock, gospel chorus, and sitars. Dramatic, yet uplifting, this is Black Sabbath on a new-age, spiritualist retreat. Now the 4-man hippie brigade is bringing its hook-laden love our way on October 6. Its a while off yet, and it’s a Monday night, so you might have to sacrifice your gig with the establishment to make this one. But even the most disastrous mid-week hangover would be worth it.
