These are people who trawl the world, think critically about what makes life good, and the degree to which a city supports that ideal. It’s not for everyone but neither is this publication so if you are average you shouldn’t be reading it.**This year’s issue sees Melbourne climb to 9 from 11 and Sydney slips down from 7 to 11. A result that unintentionally references terrorism and western capitalism. Creepy.
