Stray cats are an odd breed. They’re either all nice and purring and winding around your leg looking for some attention, or they snarl and hiss and stare at you suspiciously from under a car. You never know what to expect, so inevitably you end up making that ‘sswwsh sswwsh’ sound on the off-chance you’ll get some reciprocated affection.**That love/hate feeling is exactly what I experience upon a visit to Stray Cat. Will I or won’t I find a gem? Will I be morbidly disappointed or will I smile like an idiot for the entire day all thanks to some 50c trinket?
Old vinyl, comic books and collectible cool bric-a-brac beckons… Don’t be fooled by the name, there’s much more than just music and misadventure.
