Kings Cross Organic Food & Farmers Market
published on 25th September, 2007

Next Saturday attempt to wipe away the debris of another Friday night with the Organic Food & Farmers Market, located perhaps not far from where you were trollop-ing the night before.

Granny trolley in tow (or at least sunnies firmly in place), your food expedition begins. First stop is the Turkish Gozleme stall, or if you’re feeling seedy, the Honey & Port Cured Bacon and Egg Roll – washed down with a certified organic freshly-squeezed juice. Try to sample everything because there’s an abundance of local culinary goodness like Burgitta’s Bites (her sweet treats are unbeatable), Fatma’s Jams, The Apple Man and Happy Crepe Hour from 8.30am – 10.30am.**With a full trolley, tummy and satiated soul, there’s only one thing left, a foot spa detox… aaah. Yes, this little piggie went to market and skipped all the way home.
