TwoThousand’s Best Tressed List
published on 10th July, 2007

Between guys experimenting with fringes, girls having to choose between the ‘pob’ and the ‘bob’, and just having Ian Thorpe and The Horrors around, finding a good cutter can be scary (have you seen Ian Thorpe lately?) So this week, TwoThousand brings you four hairdressers that haven’t left us searching our closets for beanie options six weeks on…

TRESSED 1: Brad Ngata.
It’s best described as ‘Padinghurst Hills Princess’: shiny haired creatures who never seem to get that ‘my hair has just had its revenge on me‘ look. Want it? Go to Brad. He’s also lent a hand at styling in YEN, Tsubi and Tina Kalivas Shows – so you wont end up looking like a Stepford Wife.

**TRESSED 2: Jorge Alfaro
Its edgy, you’ve just seen it at Dior Homme and you secretly want to take it as your own. Normally you would risk heading to the local Toni&Guy for an apprentice chop – but trust us – head to Jorge instead.

TRESSED 3: Altering Images
Trust your hair in the same hands that have coiffed Little Birdy, and the Hell City Glamours.

TRESSED 4: Student
For those who rock the $8 haircut, head to Hair as Fantastic and ask for Che-lin. She has the fingertips of an angel and the re-touching skills of a true Clairol expert.
