Every Tuesday, Darlo Bar’s projected wall gives alcoholics opportunity to experience defining moments in cinematic history. Beneath the flickering heaters on the open-air roof, well-curated cinematic stalwarts provide an interesting spin on the traditional cinemateque.
**This event is for the free-film crowd; sweetened by free popcorn and not-so-expensive beer. The line up thus far has been one for the ages; BONNIE AND CLYDE (1967), MANHATTAN (1979) and WITHNAIL & I (1987). Next up is Michael Anderson’s ‘70s Sci-Fi spectacular LOGAN’S RUN (1976). Set in the 23rd Century, it’s time to enter a ‘perfect world of total pleasure’, not bad for a Tuesday eh?
